Pathetic Service all for a refund!!!

I purchased iPhone replica earphones for R75 at Takealot. They were delivered but a week afterwards they stopped working. Mind you, both earphones stopped working. I then requested a return and refund. Little did I know about the BAD service. From the 28th of October until this very day, I haven’t received my refund. I have been getting multiple emails with empty promises. At the end of the day, what annoys me is that I’m fighting for MY money, MY R75. How difficult can it be for one company to just deposit or transfer my money into my account? It was so easy for them to take accept the money within an hour but it’s taking a decade to return it. Why? The bad service is appalling!!! I’ve never dealt with such pathetic service.
