pathetic service after sales

hi I'm so ****ed of with takealot about my item I bought & paid for. I actually bought it for mothers day but stock still with supplier and to top it all 2 staff members already gave me false feedback & now I want to cancel & get my money back coz last week when the 1 person said they will receive on 6th & shipped asap or we will cancel the order & refund the funds but now they flipping giving me runaround story no straight answers I did previously buy from takealot with no problems in fact 5/6 times now service is pathetic I promise you I will not buy from takealot again & advise some family & friends to do same
