Pathetic service

I logged a return at Takealot.com almost 2weeks ago and the items are still at my home with no attempted collection. At first, I received ********* messages saying that the collections from the courier had failed and it will be rescheduled. Upon following up myself, I found out that the returns I logged had been cancelled and no one even bothered informing me. The agent I spoke to, Rhoda.W told me that she will check up on this and make sure the collection is done accordingly. She promised to get back to me - she never did. On Saturday morning, an agent named Faith.N called me and **** about the couriers being hijacked on their way to make collection of the items. She then advised that the couriers will collect the returned items from me today, (Monday 18 November 2024). I waited the whole day and no courier came. It was radio silence from their side, as they didn’t even bother to call and advise on what is going to be the outcome of this. I want to have these things collected from my place and I want my refund back. I will make sure to not purchase anything from these useless people ever again.
