Pathetic service

I logged a return with Takelot and the item was collected on Monday 21/02/2022, 4 days later, this item has still not recached there warehouse and when calling takealot asking to speak to a supervisor, the consultants keep saying that they will escalate and NO ONE gets back to you... I have never had to deal with such pathetic service like this before!!!!! The call center agents cannot confirm when the item will reach the warehouse and still await another 5 working days to process the refund!!!!
