Pathetic Service

Pathetic service ! Ordered an item and phoned the morning to orginise delivery for 12 as i had to leave the city. After a confirmation call to me to confirm delivery i waited (30 min) late. After 2 calls i was informed that it wasn't orginised. Then the manager informed me that delivery will be made later. Wich neva happened. 2 DAYS in a row !!! Pathetic. I will neva buy there again
