Pathetic service!

If there was a rating below 1 I would give them that! My order was supposed to have been delivered on Friday, 25 Nov but nothing! Monday an sms says it's out for delivery but later they decide to LIE and say I rescheduled another day! How does that happen? You contact the Call centre, no one is interested to help all they say is "We will escalate the matter" but no one ever calls! I am so disappointed with how no one is able to track the driver or give details of the drive who has my package!
