Pathetic service.

I’m extremely disappointed in Takealot. I purchased Bronze Brazing Flux from them, yet they sent me Aluminium Brazing Flux. I returned the wrong item to them and requested a refund. They only refunded me the money paid for the item but not the courier cost and the donation made to a charity fund. I don’t mind the donation, but why must I pay the courier fees for a wrong item which they sent me? If this is the way they operate, I will close my account with them and never buy from them again. After an online search, I found I can actually purchase the exact same product for a third of the price that Takealot charges, so their pricing isn’t that great either.
