Pathetic service

Ordered and paid parcels on the 3rd of March. After 2 weeks with no shipping I called regarding my order of which was now scheduled to be packed and delivered.

The package came this morning 23/03/2020. To my surprise it was not wrapped - the bx was broken and when I looked inside it was the wrong order. The delivery guy then just told me he doesn't know why it is not wrapped and dropped it.

The service is really pathetic and highly disappointing from Takealot.
