Pathetic Service

Delivery to collection was suppose on the 21st of April 2023 for me to collect my order. Still nothing has been sorted out as I keep getting told it has been escalated and they busy investigating. Don't understand how a client can be treated this way. I want a refund not a recredit as I don't want to support a pathetic service like this. I've spent thousands at takealot and never have I ever had such PATHETIC service like this.
