Pathetic service

Overall performance is pathetic. From product quality, to delivery and collection, frustration at pick up points, willingness to help and assist by employees, return service and feedback.

Not providing feedback or returning the call as promised!!

Staff are illiterate in the most commonly used language of the western world - English. They can't read and understand the difference between repair, replace and return!! Takealot became to big for the shoes they try to fill with incompetence.

Takealot is definitely not the on line store of choice anymore!!
