PATHETIC SERVICE

#Takealot

So i ordered this Russel Hobbs Pressure Cooker from Takealot on the 13th of December for a birthday present. It arrived on the 20th December, box was damaged and the cooker also as you can see on the photos below. Which means i had to attend the birthday party without a present. They came to pick up the damaged product on Saturday the 21st and it only arrived at the warehouse this morning the 24th of December. Now it has to undergo a investigation which will take 2 to 3 days which means i will get a replacement maybe next week.

How PATHETIC. They tell me that its the courier's fault. I DON'T CARE then you get another courier company.

I insisted on a new one today but they can't even provide that service

Russell Hobbs SA maybe you must reconsider them being a re-seller of your products
