pathetic service

extremely poor service with such a large and expensive order #*** the app shows that the order was supposed to be delivered on the 13th and shipped on the 12th but no update, i called the call center and the agent cannot speak proper english and basically said i must wait for the order to be delivered there is nothing they can do
