PATHETIC SERVICE
As I am a first time user of Takealot this is not very impressive. I order my product yesterday and paid extra for delivery today. I have been phoning and trying to findout why I have not yet heard anything from them. I phoned 3 times and everytime they said they will get back to me. (NEVER DID) The last lady said it has not even arrived at the warehouse. I will never make use of Takealot again.

31 Mar 2022, 13:53Today I have phoned 4 time and 3 times they said the need to find my package. Last call they said my package has been lost in transit. Now I need to wait even longer. Takealot didn't even have the decency to phone or mail me. I had to phone to find out.
