Pathetic service

Pathetic service, driver doesn't dial gate and just shows package as undeliverable. Contacted customer service, they confirmed it will be re-delivered - 3 days later no item (even with being on premium subscription) and next customer agent just says they won't deliver it. So glad Amazon is in the country to take over the business!
