PATHETIC SERVICE

I purchased an item of clothing on the 1st April, the wrong item was delivered 2 weeks later. I have subsequently purchased the same item elsewhere as I was awaiting a refund from takealot. Two weeks later and a refund had still not been issued. A takealot representative then FABRICATED story stating I had requested an exchange even though I presented proof that a refund will be issued. Pathetic Service! They have now ignored all my communication to them.
