Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 22/08/2024 at around 10 in the morning, on the app it sat for next day collection, later that day I received an email that my order will be ready on the 27th, I don’t understand why you promise that it will be ready the next but it’s not going to be ready because before we check out we check how long will the order take, but your system is not correct, I ordered based on the date I will receive other I would have opted for another service provide who can deliver faster, I tried yesterday just to query the collection date, he said there is a shortage of stuff, but that’s not my problem my order should be ready as per estimated date before proceeding with payment. Now I have to wait for almost 5 days
