Pathetic service

Take a lot is the most useless website along with it employees who can't even solve a problem. I have been waiting since May for a return to which they couldn't return me the product as the supplier was out of stock and instead agreed to give me a refund I've been waiting this whole time. I phoned several times to find out what the problem, I even went to the pick up point and the lady there phoned them as well, and they only give these pathetic excuses of how they need to revert my issue first. Which I doubt they even do cause I don't even get an answer back not a solution, everytime I phoned they had to revert the problem. The lady I spoke to yesterday can't even do the basic like calling me back or sending me an email. It's been over 2 months now
