PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

After my order was placed, paid for and confirmed, almost a week later a refund is made and I'm told there's no stock of my purchased item.

Please help me understand HOW do you guys not keep track of stock levels? HOW is an order processed and delivery is scheduled yet you're not sure if you have stock or not?!
