Pathetic service

I placed an order on 1 December 2022 and received my items with 3 items missing and an item I did not order, after waiting nearly 2 weeks. After 10 days of phoning and getting pathetic service, I am not even close to getting my items or having any resolution. The manager is tooooooo busy to talk to a paying customer and now I have to rebuy the items at another store to have Christmas presents.

And all I get.......the warehouse will phone you.....
