Pathetic Service!

I recently purchased a scratzme lounge around stratching post item for my cat. When I recieved my order on Monday (25 May) I found that there was cat feces inside the tunnel bed. I am truly disgusted with the service I have been given from Takealot. I certainly did not pay for a second hand item. The item was scheduled to be picked up yesterday (26 May). And till date it was not picked up, neither did anyone contact me on the delay.
