Pathetic service!

Driver called AFTER 17:00 and informed me that no one is at the delivery address. Not true!! Calling the delivery department was of NO help. Patrick, the agent, was VERY reluctant to assist and wanted to know from me what I want him to do. He is the worst call center agent and upon insisting to speak to someone else, he pt the put the phone down in my ear - after on the call for almost half an hour.
