Pathetic service

It seems takealot.com is doing too well & has gotten too big & comfortable. Their service & follow-up service is terrible. Order #***, three items, only received two. This is the second time in less thsn a month, where a previous return was delivered to two different addresses other than the one recorded on my profile for over 10+ years. I've always used takealot but I'll be taking my business elsewhere, zero accountability- surely someone should double-check an outgoing order/adress. Pathetic.
