Pathetic service

I had a very bad experience with them , my wife ordered , Ergonomic Baby Carrier with Hip seat , Order #*** , it was damaged and torned , i dont know why they dont check before shipping to the customer, it looks like it wasnt damaged in transit , clearly no one is checking there , whether stock in good condition before despatching to customer , now i logged a return , i have to wait for 4 or 5 days to get a stock
