Pathetic service

Disappointing service from Takealot. What an inconvenience. We purchased 2 items from Takealot on 6 June 2024 (order No.***?, waited till the estimated date past. No one bothered to even update us if there's a problem. Only when we phoned we were told the shipment got missing for the one item, so they are waiting for another order. When was this going to be communicated if we didn't Call? The order only arrived on the 24 June 2024. I find this so unprofessional and pathetic service. When we order online, it's not because it's for fun. We need these things, not to wait for them for ages. I am really so disappointed and will never use Takealot ever again. I'll go to the competition Amazon.
