Pathetic Service

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered today and just received an SMS from Takealot stating that my delivery will be rescheduled since I was not available. I am home waiting for the delivery and no one called me. Why are you playing games with me, what kind of pathetic service is this? Can I have my parcel today as a gift for tomorrow's party.
