Pathetic service!

Got my order for fathersday, not at all the stainless steel meat grinder advertised!!! some cheap aftermarket s****! tried to call the very same day of pickup, no answer after 40min! sent an email. got a response to send photos and a promise it will be replaced within 24 hours. Sent everuthing, did not hear from them again even after trying to call for who knows how long and sending emails, they only resonded 3 days later stating they have logged a return and it will be picked up by the 30th. today, the 30th, i get a call from my mother saying the coerier is at her house to pickup in Limpopo!!!! how in the world do you get that if the **** package was delivered in western cape!!! Still no answer on their so called customer service line!! sent emails again. still no answer!!! Pathetic !! i requested someone to call me, also no call received! and strangely they also cannot exchange the item as the somehow dont have stock of something that is still being advertised!!!
