Pathetic service

My order ***was placed and payed on the 21 November 2023 and the first delivery date was the 25th and I never received my order and a new delivery date was the 1st December and still no delivery but on the account it shows out for delivery and I called on the 2nd December 2023 and no one seems to know what is happening to my parcel as they are unable to track it. I wanted to rate them 0 or no star, their call centers is useless
