pathetic service

I am Nolubabalo Tshaka , I would like to log a complaint about Take a lot pathetic service , I ordered stuff in November still not delivered, I was told they have a backlogg but it will be delivered Saturday the 11th

till today I have not received my orders , I am not the only customer who is complaining about the delay in deliveries and she is going to cancel hers , I am thinking of doing that too as this is unacceptable

I have placed those items as I needed them , and it is this time of the year , can't be glued at home waiting for delivery , I have rescheduled my trips due to this

can my items be delivered
