Pathetic service

Ordered a pressure guage with some other things. Everything except my gauge came. Every time you speak to someone new. Its been a month now. I have to keep contacting them for answers they dont get back to me. And worst of it all they send me an email asking me to rate their service. What a joke. Do they think i will give any good rating. Its a minus 5 from me. Never had issues just this once and they said they are investigating it. The problem is not on my side they received their money and also when i ask for a refund i get nothing. They avoid my refund question. Useless if you ask me......
