PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered and paid for my parcel 16 May...parcel got lost between Takealot's facility and the courier company. I needed that parcel this morning, so after THE WORST communication and service, I asked to cancel my order and be refunded. Takealot's answer? They first want to find my parcel, and ONLY THEN will they refund me!!
