Pathetic service

With my experience of take alot they don't even deserve a star, on the 23May I placed an order and was prepared to wait for 2 to 3 days my order was supposed to be delivered on the 28th May on the 29th when I called take a lot I was informed my order was delivered in malmusbury. From the 29th May I have to call take alot everyday as I am unable to track the order due to the mistake on their side. What frustrates me is the daily empty promises from call centre agents and the fact when you ask to speak to a manager no one is available, they offering a call back but no one call. To date I did not receive my package. Apparently they were at the address today but I was not present. I spent so much money calling them daily and everytime they say it will get sorted. I do not understand why a customer must be inconvenienced because you messed up. Your service is ridiculous if I look at the amount of bad reviews you might as well close
