Pathetic service
I put a request to return a smart Tv due that is defective/it does not work, surprisingly your people came here to fetch it however they said they cannot fetch it if is not wrapped, but no one had the decency to call me or send me a message to let me know that I have to wrap it. You wasted my time and now I have to run around so I can wrap it . Let your people know that is wrapped now , they can come fetch it. Ref: MRRN-ZMKJP-DAD8

31 Oct 2023, 16:34Now I'm told that you guys need it on the box, for heaven sake do expect me to keep the box for two years .....what service are you offering? I expect this Tv to be fetched ASAP as i wrapped using the bubble that's the best I can do.I expect to be fetched ASAP.
