Pathetic service

I bought creams for face at takelot about a week ago they've delivered wrong things I notice when I open it was jagermeister. When i check box outside I realize it wrongly delivered the address wasnt mine and the telephone number. I contacted Takelot they requested I do a return. On their app its very useless I've been communicating with their consultants since last Thursday it seems that they dont know what they doing. On Monday they send a driver to collect the items that were wrongly delivered. Their driver arrived and I explained to him. But I'm.still getting messages that the driver will come to collect I've sent messages to dead ears. Very useful service I want my money back
