Pathetic Service

I placed an order for a washing machine on 4th of November and paid it the same day. On that takealot app the delivery date was scheduled for 12 November. On the 6th of November I was informed that my parcel is out for shipment. On the 12th I received a phone call requesting direction to my house in order to delivery my order. On the 14th of November I again received a phone call asking for directions to my house. Yesterday I emailed takealot to query this delivery as it was 4 days past the delivery date and there has been no correspondence as to when I can expect my package.

I am extremely disgusted with this pathetic service I've received. I would not recommend takealot again nor will I continue to support them in the future.
