Pathetic service

Good day. I would to express my dissatisfaction regarding my Takealot online.order made on the black friday.

My order which amounted toto almost 9000 rand and to this day I have not received anything.

This is disgusting and appalling for a big company like take a lot.

I have no desire to purchase from them again as I feel let down.

As a loyal customer this has been disappointing.

As part of their values they have not lived up to it

I will cancel those order and never use their services again.
