Pathetic Service
Since Fri afternoon 11:55; 31 May 2024, i have tried to get a SIMPLE response from takealot. There customer service does not respond, as there simply is NO service response to any sent messages on their FB chat platform and customer inquiry email address. It is Monday 15:00, 3rd of June 2024, and still no resolution to my inquiry

06 Jun 2024, 11:47Today is the 6th of June 2024, 2 days AFTER i was suppose to have had my order (6 days after i started to reach out to them), but due to a lack of competency at takealot and lack of customer service, i am STILL in a communication fight with them. Over R200-00 airtime and over 2hr's on the phone later. They called me on a time i told them i was busy at a function, and marked my delivery as undelivered cause i am not available, when in fact i was, they just never pitched.
