Pathetic Service

I am extremely annoyed with the pathetic service from Takealot delivery team. My son ordered on Sunday 09 February and his parcel was supposed to have been delivered to my work address on the 11th February. However on the day of delivery no one called to alert me or send an email to confirm delivery. Instead here's the below history of the order and no attempt was made to deliver unit.
