Pathetic service!!!!

<p>I ordered goods online. Paid immediately via credit card. The goods were all available at the time. Order was placed 25/11/2016. Called and not all goods were in stock. They were to release the items available for delivery last week. Still have not received. Called again today, goods were never released,. They said they would release today and then let me know when the other items become available and release them too. I have paid for all of these but get no updates. The delivery date is almost a month from order date. I needed these products before then. What is the use of ordering online if it is not convenient. Order number is ********** .</p>
