Pathetic service
<p>On Sunday the 27 November 2016 I placed and payed for an order on takealot. On Tuesday the 29 November 2016 I received a conformation email saying that my payment had cleared and I would receive my order on the 2 December 2016... Well needless to say I never received my purchase. When I phoned them in the morning of the 2 December 2016 to find out what was happening the lady I spoke to told me that they dont have stock of the one item that I ordered and that I will only receive my order on the 9 December 2016. Nobody phoned nor sent me a message to tell me this... I had to phone them three times to find out what was happening with my order!! I had to use my airtime and all I was told was... Sorry sir but there is nothing we can do. I had even offered to fetch my stuff from there warehouse and wait for the rest to arrive next week... Even that was a problem for them...</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recommend anybodyto takealot!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is pathetic!!</p>
