Pathetic service

<p>I purchased a Dell monitor on the daily deals on the 15/11/2016. I receive an email later in the day that the order would be ready for collection on the 16/11/2016. Then on the 16/11/2016 I receive another email that the product would only be available in 2-3 days. How pathetic is it that a company commits to something and then completely changes its availability. Yesterday my entire day was planned around the collection of my monitor. I now need to completely reschedule my day for collection whenever you find its ready. who is going to pay for my meetings that were cancelled and the petrol that I have wasted. Please dont tell me you are becoming one of those super *** companies. I need feedback asap!!!</p>
