Pathetic service

My brother bought me a Hisense TV 2 years ago, which is still under warranty. The TV is now faulty and will not come on. Takealot refuses to collect the TV for inspection because we don't have the original box! That is ****** ridiculous service. How can we be expected to keep the box for that long?????!
