Pathetic service

Order *** was placed and paid for on the 21st of February 2023 and you said you would deliver on the 23 before 5pm, I stayed at home whole day waiting for the delivery which never happened and was further rescheduled to the 25th also before 5pm and again I waited whole day but nothing. There is no communication as to where the order is and when it might be delivered or if maybe you guys want to cancel it. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and very angry at the lack of interest the company is showing. Please deliver or better yet cancel and refund.
