Pathetic service

Worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a basin which they said was out of stock. I'm still waiting for my refund since 12 October.

I ordered a jewellery holder for my daughter that didn't come, instead I got somebody else's order - a water bottle and globes.

I ordered a bathroom organizer, that they also did not have and now they want to give me store credit. I don't want to buy anything from them again. I want my money back and I don't want to wait weeks for it.
