Pathetic service!!

Takealot is becoming pathetic excuse for a delivery company!

Order a parcel for next day collection, left Kempton Park at 2.21am it took them more than 11 hours just to arrive at collection point and now it's going for more than an hour JUST to send a collection sms!!

I've been waiting since 9am in Middelburg! I don't even stay in Middelburg in fact I stay 40km outside the town! They make deliveries these days impossible yet the complain why people don't want to use them anymore!

Because this is why! Over 11 hours for a delivery that takes 1.5 hours to drive and over 1 damn hour to do a collection message yet the system can pick up when vehicle has arrived at their collection point!

I've been using Takealot for years this is the 1st time that they decide to be so pathetic I won't use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! They can also forget me continuing my TakeMore subscription!
