PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I don't know why they have a warranty policy. I bought a Xiaomi smart watch in July 2022 and it came with a 1 year warranty, within 5 months the sensor cover fell off. I'm being told by takealot that it's usage damage. The manufacturer and Takealot should take ownership and live up to the expectation. PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN IT BE USER DAMAGE JUST BY WEARING IT ON A DAILY BASIS!!!!!!
