Pathetic service

I buy on takealot often...I bought a 24 pack of cokes and only received 23 because the packet was half open. I then phoned them immediately after delivery and was told they looking into it. A week later I received a call say they want to collect the 23 cokes and will give me a 24 pack. I then told them that I started using the cokes as they could've told me on the day to keep the one I received, they can't tell me a week later.

I called them again now and was cut off then sent an email and this is the response I received:
