Pathetic service

Purchased a Snomaster feidge/freezer through Takealot and experienced a problem that the 12v system failed. I lodged a return for repairs and the item was picked up 2 weeks ago. After numerous phone calls to Takealot regarding the fridge I am still without a fridge or satisfactory answer. I spoke to Snomaster of Thursday last week and to date they have not seen my fridge. Takealot doesnt know what the hell is going on there as each person that I speak to has a different answer to my problem yet the real supplier has not even seen the product in question. I will never again purchase anything from Takealot and will NOT recommend them to anyone.
