Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 30 September 2019, when tracking my order it stated that it will be delivered on the 08 of October and today it changed to the 10th of October. I called in and spoke to your delivery team, they advised they not sure of why theres a delay, relay do people not order online because of convenience. im going away and wont be able to receive the delivery, please get your manage to call me because this is really pathetic service.
