Pathetic Service

This is really disappointing service. Our family ordered a coffee machine through Takealot. Received various messages that the item will be delivered before 17:00 on Saturday, 07 December 2019. We waited at home the whole afternoon, but no delivery ever happened. So we waisted our whole afternoon for nothing. We had plans scheduled for the Saturday, as the original delivery date was at first set for Monday, 09 December. Takealot informed us of new date, so this really inconvenienced us. Up to now, we did not get any feedback from them or even know when the item will be delivered. We tried to contact them directly through twitter, but they never rep**** with feedback on the delivery schedule. Our order number is ***3
