Pathetic service

I placed and paid for an order with Takelot on 05 August, they sent me a payment confirmation email with the delivery date which is today. When I track my order on their website it shows that it shows that my order is still not shipped, I then contacted them and told me that my order is in a packing stage. When I track it today the delivery date has changed to the 20th. I have been buying from them for past 5 years and this is the first time I am receiving such pathetic service from them. I normally get my order within 4 days on or before the delivery date.
